3 cups green mung beans
2 bell peppers
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon chili
1 tablespoon paprika

4 tablespoons oil
6 cups water
Wash the green mung beans at least 5 times and soak for 30 minutes.
Cut vegetables roughly
Fry onion for 3-4 minutes
Add all other vegetables and fry them with the onion
After 10 minutes add the green mung beans
Keep frying and add all of the spices for 10 more minutes
Add the water and let it cook for 30 minutes
