HOLISTIC YOGA AND MEDITATION RETREAT
Road Map For Self-Development and Foundations Of The Spiritual Practice – Get the understanding of how to do spiritual practices, why you do them, and how they can change the way you look at and live your life. Discover how to choose the proper practice for you and keep motivated on the path.
Spiritual Philosophy – Integrating the wisdom of Yoga, Buddhism, and Tantra, among others.
Self-Awareness – self-inquiry into thoughts, speech, and actions. Increase your awareness of the different patterns, conditioning, strength, and talents that govern your life. Use proven techniques to set yourself free from anything that prevents you from fulfilling yourself.
Asana (yoga postures) – Learn how to practice the asanas correctly and the different benefits of each asana. Increase your awareness of both the physical and energy bodies through Hatha, Kundalini, and Yin Yoga.
Energetic Anatomy Of The Body
Principles of energy practice and the 3 keys to working with energy.
Exploration of energy channels (nadis) and centers (chakras), along with their functions and imbalances.
Pranayama (breathing exercises) – Gain awareness of the breath, expand breathing abilities and lift the body’s energy to experience higher realms of consciousness.
Meditation – Learn how to channel the mind, create concentration, regulate and utilize mental and emotional activities. Understand the stages of meditation practice, the benefits, and the different practices of each step, through silent, active, and mantra meditations from the Yogic and Buddhist traditions.
Sample Daily Schedule:
09:30- 11:00 AM – Hatha Yoga Practice
Alignment-based yoga. Including a short talk on the benefits of specific asanas and their psychoenergetic potential.
03:00- 4:15 PM – Dharma Talk and Meditation/ special workshop
Exploring different spiritual traditions and texts and learning how to apply them in daily life.
4:30- 6:00 PM – Kundalini Yoga/ Yin Yoga/ Special workshops
Special workshops include Increasing sensitivity to energy, sound healing, and Tibetan bowls, purification ceremony, and more.
09:30- 11:00 AM- Yoga Practice
Saturday: Day Off.

Since a young age, we have been working with at-risk youth and people suffering from mental illness.
After experiencing the pain that life holds, we left our jobs, families, and home to traverse the globe in search of the wisdom of great spiritual teachers and traditions.
We took all the knowledge and experience we gained and created a method for a healthy, happy way of living, relying on ancient wisdom but at the same time suitable to modern life.

Details and Prices
Retreats start every Sunday and end on Friday (Saturday is a day off at the center).
We offer an authentic nature experience in simple traditional bamboo huts with shared bathrooms. Spaces are limited.
All the huts are suitable for one person and equipped with electrical outlets, bedding, towels, mosquito nets, and fans.
If you are looking for more comfort and luxury accommodation are welcome to join us for the program and find your own accommodation on the island. You can check here for some close by options
The course doesn’t include food. We have a community kitchen where you can cook for yourself, or you can find many restaurant options around at different budget ranges.

13 days (12 nights)- 18000 / 12000 Baht
21 days (19 nights)- 26000 / 17000 Baht
27 days (26 nights)- 33000 / 23000 Baht
- Yoga teachers can register the retreat hours for YACEP (yoga alliance continues education program).
