A light tzatziki recipe perfect for summer get-togethers – everyone will ask you what the secret ingredient is (fresh mint and dill!).
Serving: For 4-5 people
- 1 cup tahini
- 2 lemons
- 4 cucumbers
- 1 branch fresh dill
- 1 branch fresh mint
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 table spoon olive oil
Mix the tahini with the water, one lemon, salt and pepper and put it in the fridge.
Chop the cucumber, dill and mint as thin as you can.
Add it to the tahini and mix.
Squeeze one more lemon and add the olive oil on top.
Keep it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
