Body- Mind- Energy:
200HR. Yoga Teacher Training in India
An in-depth training exploring yoga as a living relationship between body, mind, and energy, grounded in practice, healing, and conscious daily living.
November 1- 27, 2026 .

This training is for those who want to practice and teach yoga from a place of awareness, sensitivity, and inner clarity, rather than performance or pressure.

Yoga as Awareness and Healing

In this training, yoga is approached as a process of listening.

Listening to the body, the breath, the movement of energy, and the inner state as one living system. Practice is held in a supportive and focused atmosphere that encourages presence, sensitivity, and honest engagement.

Sessions are dynamic and varied, allowing you to explore how physical experience, emotional tone, mental patterns, and energetic flow influence one another. As the training unfolds, clarity, steadiness, and inner attunement develop gradually, alongside a deeper sense of vitality and direction.

Healing is not approached through force or striving. It grows through consistent presence and careful attention, and continues beyond the training into daily life.

From this foundation, teaching arises naturally from direct experience and deep listening, allowing yoga to be shared in a grounded and authentic way.

The training takes place in a traditional yogic ashram in nature, where daily rhythm, simplicity, and shared practice support integration and depth.

Certification

Graduates receive a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, qualifying them to teach yoga worldwide, as well as Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 certification.

Who This Training Speaks To:

This training is for people drawn to a deeper way of practicing yoga, one that values awareness, sensitivity, and real inner engagement.

It speaks to those who want their practice to support clarity, healing, and meaningful change in daily life.

Some participants come with the intention to teach. Others come to deepen their own path. Many find that these two naturally meet during the training, as personal practice matures into the ability to guide others with presence and care.

The training is also suited for those looking for a supportive community where practice can deepen, energy can open, and life can feel more awake, both on and off the mat.

Our courses are open to all levels. Many participants, including those with previous trainings, are drawn to Vagabond Temple for an approach that offers depth and insight they have not found elsewhere.

"I found something at Vagabond Temple, something that was inside me all this time. Kobi and Pazit managed to create a place where you can deepen into your practice, be in peace and still stay connected with your world, in a more balanced way. I spent some time at the Temple 5 years ago, and it still brings the light of that place into my life, it all still resonates to me and comes into my practice. Kobi and Pazit also keep connection with you afterwards, so you can have a very long-lasting effect, you can really feel the support of the community. Highly recommend!"🙏

Why This Training is Different

A Way of Practicing and Living Yoga

    • Listening as the core of practice
The training is rooted in listening to the body, the mind, and the energy as one living system. From this quality of attention, healing and conscious growth arise naturally.

    • Being yoga
Physical practice is present and challenging, guided by awareness, clear instructions, and precise adjustments. Yoga is lived from a deeper level of being, not only performed on the mat.

    • Depth with personal attention in a compassionate space
Students often encounter a depth they did not expect, supported by close guidance and a non-judgmental community. Exploration, challenge, and growth are encouraged without pressure or comparison.

    • Simple yogic living in nature
Held in a simple ashram setting, the training supports yogic living beyond formal practice. Daily rhythm, shared responsibility, and time in nature become part of the learning and support integration.

What You Will Study and Practice

An Integrated Path of Practice, Healing, and Teaching

The curriculum brings together physical practice, energy work, healing, meditation, and theory into one coherent process.
Each element supports the others, allowing understanding, sensitivity, and teaching capacity to develop side by side.

Body, alignment, and energy
Practice combines Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and pranayama. Hatha Yoga emphasizes clear alignment, precise instruction, and thoughtful adjustments, exploring the balance between ease and effort as a foundation for stability and healing. Kundalini Yoga and breathwork support vitality, energy flow, and inner sensitivity.

Healing, Reiki, and holding space
Yoga Therapy, somatic work, and Reiki are taught as one integrated field. Reiki is approached as an awareness-based healing practice, where healing unfolds through presence, listening, and sensitivity. The training supports both self-healing and the ability to hold space for others in a grounded and compassionate way, and includes Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 certification.

Meditation
Meditation is practiced through Buddhist meditation, mantra, visualization, guided awareness, and active meditation. The focus is on cultivating clarity, steadiness, and insight, supporting a calmer and more spacious inner life.

Teaching Skills
Teaching is developed gradually and practically. Participants work with sequencing, alignment cues, modifications, and guided meditations, while learning how to hold space with presence and confidence. Teaching practice and theory assignments support integration and embodied understanding.

Insightful Talks and Theory
These sessions explore yogic wisdom and Eastern philosophy as living teachings rather than abstract ideas. They offer a wider perspective on practice, helping students understand why they practice, how different approaches work, and how to orient themselves on a longer spiritual path.

Topics include:

  • Body, mind, and energy as one system, drawing from yogic philosophy, energetic anatomy, and Buddhist psychology

  • How mental patterns, emotional states, and energetic flow shape inner experience

  • Understanding healing, stability, and clarity from both experiential and conceptual perspectives

  • The relationship between practice and daily life, including ethical clarity, responsibility, and conscious living

Living Practice Beyond the Mat
The teachings are always connected back to daily life, supporting mindful living, ethical clarity, and alignment between values, actions, and inner awareness.

The ashram includes natural surroundings, a swimming pool and lake, and the option for Ayurvedic treatments, which support recovery and integration alongside the intensity of the training.

The setting is designed to hold the process, allowing attention to remain on practice, learning, and shared daily life.
