Purification Ceremony (34 minutes)

Here is our famous purification ceremony. We usually practice this on Friday evenings. The mantra is: Aap Sahaaee Hoaa Sachay Daa Sachaa Doaa Har, Har, Har By saying this mantra you are setting an intention to trust in the highest principle, the divinity, universe, or your higher self. This is the only true refuge, and by placing your trust here you are protected from anything the world can throw at you. It can be translated as “I place my trust in my true self, my true self is my true support.”
