What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing and spiritual system. Reiki is universal life force energy that breathes life into all living things. It is channeled through a Reiki practitioner’s hands and directed into the body to create balance through the body’s energy channels (meridians) and energy centers (chakras).
Like all physical matter, our bodies are made up of energy. The extent to how freely and fluidly our body energy flows is based on the purity level of our body and mind. If our body accumulates toxins and our mind is full of negative thoughts and stress, the energy flow will be disrupted and disturbed which will ultimately lead to mental and emotional imbalance and physical diseases. Reiki treatment helps to reduce stress levels and purify our body creating balance, harmony, and free flow of energy.
